The flies here are terrible, sprayed your product on my horse’s and 2 mules legs where flies were clustered and they disappeared, but 3 or 4 minutes later they were back.Yes I could use more spray. I did, and the flies were still back in minutes. Same results spraying it on me. Just not cost effective, not worth the time and considerable expense.
HI Michelle, The 3-in-1 Pony Perfector contains Neem oil and essential oils that help to repel insects, but it's not labeled as a fly repellent. Some of our customers prefer it over traditional fly sprays because it is soothing and sits on the coat nicely. I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the product, and I'm happy to give you a refund. The 3-in-1 is helpful as a nourishing coat treatment and can be a detangler if the mane and tail are damp. I recommend trying it after a sponge bath then spraying it on the coat and using a flexible curry. I don't want anyone to feel disappointed and strive to keep making the products better for the ponies, mules, and donkeys. Either way, I'll refund your money.

I use it on my horse's and dogs! Smell is amazing and best of all it dosen't have harmful ingredients. Horse's dont run when I get out the spray bottle anymore. I live in the mid west where the bugs are awful at times and this stuff works great!

Love how this makes my mustangs manes & tails so soft. My mustangs Love the smell. One of them falls asleep when I am brushing it in his mane. Makes his tail so beautiful!
