Unpopular stance: I listen to the horse first. And...then do what aligns with my lifestyle. Some horses are highly allergic to certain chemicals, some people are highly allergic to certain chemicals...natural or not. 

Flies are irritating, we know!  Here are some key ideas about Fly Repellents:

#1 Environmental factors: Temperature, wind, and rain can affect how well the spray works. Studies have proven that what works well on a grey or palomino horse in NE might not be effective on a bay horse in TX. Horses and fly populations are different. 

#2 Relief: We all have different expectations of RELIEF from flies. Some horses are in stalls 75-100% of their lives, some are in pasture 100%, and some are in pasture 50%. 

#3 EPA Compliance: MANY fly repellents do not comply with the EPA's "minimum risk" approved ingredients. Electric Pony strictly adheres to the EPA rules regarding approved ingredients and labeling.

How To Use It:

1. 4oz x (2) 32-ounce bottles- add water to (1) 32-oz bottle, then pour 1/2 (2 oz) Pony Protector in water. 
2. Shake Well! 
3. Full coverage is KEY! Apply to the entire horse coat, mane, and tail (don't forget the insides of the upper legs and body).
4. For face and ears, use our super soft reusable bamboo wiping cloth
5. Don't forget to spray in the mane and tail!
6. Reapply after about two+ hours if needed
